| Sectors & Activities/Education Institutions Universities and colleges are at the forefront of the climate change agenda, leading the search for scientific solutions through their research function and delivering training on the skills needed to deliver an environmentally sound economy. As major users of energy, institutions are also exposed to volatile energy prices, and need to find ways, not only of improving energy efficiency, but also of reducing their reliance on conventional sources of energy.
